Hi! This is Anita writing you directly. My signature energy healing sessions are unlike anything you’ve experienced in the past.

Energy is energy, and through many years of hands on practice and training on a master level, I’ve developed a powerful energy healing and spiritual guidance experience.

I’ve learned to allow my intuition to lead me where YOU and other clients, require the work the most. Through my hands-on-approach, your energy will guide me towards the areas where you are unconsciously holding, and blocking energy within your body. These sessions facilitate the letting go of traumas, anxieties, and depressions; and are targeted towards being preventative to sicknesses & disease.

During our session, we will re-connect to your truest Self; re-balance, re-harmonize, and allow the body to gently enter into a state of ease and achieve a higher vibration. This is how we open up and re-ignite your blocked energy pathways and stagnation or “stuckness”. Together, we will go deep and confront the trauma that your body is holding on to, so you can let it go and live more free.

I take great care in holding a wholehearted space for my clients to have a breakthrough moment of release, whether it be physical, mental, and/or emotional.
