We maintain the right to provide in-home and onsite services. We ask you to please be responsible and thoughtful with your actions. If at any point between now and your next session, you are not feeling 100% well, please cancel, contact, or reschedule as soon as possible. Wishing everyone highest health and happiness. Arrival Time

As we specialize in on-site wellness, our therapists will arrive to your door approximately 10-15 minutes before your appointment, to properly ready the space for your treatment and enjoyable experience.

Late Arrival

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for full enjoyment of each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.

Referral Program

For new, referred clients only.

Referral MUST input your (referrer) name when prompted upon checkout to receive credit.

*$50 gift certificates/cards will be good towards a favorite, locally owned business of your choice (coffee/juice shop; yoga studio; clothing & jewelry, etc.), operated through Arizona (we love supporting our local community).

*60 minute treatment of your choice. You may pay to upgrade your service; must be scheduled by phone, so please leave a message if your phone call is missed.

THE FIRST AND ONLY COMPANY OF OUR KIND TO OFFER THIS PROMISE-- If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your treatment, please email us within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment end time with the details of how our practitioner did not fulfill their professional commitment to you, and we will issue you a complete refund plus 15%, because we believe in our mission to providing our community with the highest quality experience. Please note: we will ONLY offer a refund if you end your session within the first 20 minutes of your booked appointment (we are not offering this guarantee to get taken advantage of).

Service Fee

Currently not included in treatment cost & payment no longer includes gratuity.

Payment/Refund

All major credit cards and PayPal are accepted. We do not accept any personal or traveller's checks. Any gift cards, vouchers or certificates must be redeemed at time of booking.

If your payment has been processed and you require a refund, the full amount of your services will be refunded minus a 2.9%+$.30 transaction fee.​

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available for specified services, packages and dollar amounts beginning at $50 and are not redeemable if lost or stolen. If you are a recipient of a donated or auctioned Gift Certificate, please provide the certificate number when booking your appointment. Donation certificates are non-transferable and expiration dates may not be changed or extended. If appointment made to redeem your spa gift certificate is not cancelled at least 24-hours in advance, your spa treatments and your spa gift certificate will be forfeited.

We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time.

Appointments

Appointments can be booked 24 hours a day online by using our “Book now” button below or on the Services menu.

You can book services 2 hours in advance if they are available.

Once booked, you will receive an EMAIL CONFIRMATION of your appointment.

If you have not received an email, you may not have an appointment with us. Please check your Junk Mail folder if you do not see the confirmation in your Inbox.

Feel free to call and make an appointment as well-- Mind and Body Energetics is a high-quality boutique company, and our main focus is providing our clients with the best bodywork experience Phoenix has to offer; therefore, our front desk staff is limited. If we do not answer, and you leave us a message, it may take up to 8 hours to return your call (please note, this is nothing personal and we appreciate your call). Thank you for understanding how we operate!

Scheduled treatments are reserved especially for you. We require 24-hour advance notice in order to cancel any service with no charge. For Spa Parties, we require a 7 day notice, as we reserve our team from being booked, for your event. If your appointment(s) is/are not cancelled within this notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. If your appointment(s) is/are made in the 24-hour window, it is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24-hour window are subject to a full charge for each service. Because of this policy, a valid credit card number is required at time of booking. This policy also applies to gift card and certificate holders.

Special Conditions

Please advise us at time of booking and before your treatment begins of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or special needs which may affect your services.

We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
